RETURNS
New merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags.
It has not been personalized in any way.
All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.
A Return Authorization has been provided from Classic Cottage.
To obtain a return authorization please email customerservice@class-cottage.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and reply within 48 hours with a return authorization and instructions on your returning your merchandise.
Any merchandise returned without an authorization number will not be refunded.
